Sony has signed up the first US carrier for the Xperia ZL (C650X). Cincinnati Bell announced that it will offer the handset on its network from 1st May both online and in stores. The handset will set you back $249.99 with mail-in rebate on a two-year agreement. From what we can tell this is the HSPA+ version of the handset (C6502).
The North American LTE version of the Xperia ZL (C6506) is being sold directly by the Sony Store for $759.99. The handset currently remains on pre-order though, with the release date slipped back to 16 April. A number of third-party resellers have already been selling the handset though, so hopefully we won’t see any more slips on the launch date from Sony.
